Four complete six-week engagements for three fictional clients, every report as delivered, and the brief for each engagement.

A row of low autonomous mobile robots parked at their charging docks down a long warehouse aisle at blue hour, amber lamps glowing on the nearest machines.

How to read these

The clients are invented.
The reports are not.

StrataForge Robotics, Seatlark, Inc., and Copperwick Therapeutics, Inc. do not exist. We invented them so you could see a finished engagement at three very different sizes, in three different situations, one of them a regulated company whose validated systems change what can be saved: what was measured, what was found, what was fixed, and how the second invoice was earned. Every report below is the document as delivered.
